The Shard - Renzo Piano
The external completion of The Shard was celebrated with a spectacular laser light show last week.
The 95 story building was illuminated by twelve lasers and 30 searchlights, creating an unforgettable spectacle for the people present at the inauguration.
The Shard is officially the tallest building in Europe, proudly rising 309.6 meters (1,016 ft) above ground level.
